The RoleWe're building a new outbound calling function focused on three things: growing our franchise network, making sure recent customers got the experience we promise, and reconnecting with past clients who haven't heard from us in a while. This is a phone-first role. You'll spend your week split across three distinct call motions, each with its own goal and its own script.
What You'll DoFranchise Development Outreach

• Cold call seasonal business owners in markets where Mosaic doesn't yet have a presence
• Introduce our franchise opportunities as a complementary revenue stream for their existing business
• Qualify interest and hand off promising conversations for follow-up

Customer Validation Calls

• Call clients with recently completed jobs to confirm satisfaction and quality
• Flag any service issues immediately so they can be resolved before they become a bigger problem
• Capture feedback and reviews from happy customers

Reactivation & Follow-Up

• Reconnect with past clients who haven't booked with us recently
• Follow up with attendees from past lunch & learn sessions who haven't yet moved forward
• Identify and book next opportunities for repeat business

What Success Looks Like

• Qualified franchise conversations generated per week, and pipeline value of resulting meetings
• High completion rate on post-service validation calls, with issues routed and resolved quickly
• Clients re-booked and revenue reactivated from past-client outreach
• Strong conversion from lunch & learn follow-up into booked work

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, including cold calls to strangers
• Strong verbal communicator who can shift tone between a sales pitch, a quality check-in, and a relationship reconnect
• Organized and disciplined with CRM logging and follow-up (we use HubSpot)
• Resilient. Not every call goes well, and that's expected
• Prior outbound sales, call center, or business development experience is an asset but not required

How This Role Is Set UpThis is a newly created role and it's structured deliberately: three call types, three separate goals, tracked separately. You won't be expected to be a generalist doing a bit of everything without direction. Each part of the role has a clear owner setting priorities and coaching you on that specific skill, so you're supported on the franchise pitch, the service check-in, and the reactivation conversation as three distinct disciplines, not one blended job.
