Please note: This is not a software or IT consulting/implementation role. This position focuses on aligning and transforming organizations to a company's growth and/or operations strategy to achieve measurable financial results, rather than technology solutions or system deployment.
Travel RequirementsThis is a client-facing management consulting role that requires frequent, ongoing travel. Consultants should expect to travel most weeks (typically Sunday/Monday through Thursday/Friday), up to 100%, depending on project needs. Candidates must be fully comfortable with regular time away from home as a core requirement of the position.

- Provide support to client managers to implement changes and ensure they generate higher revenue, lower costs, and better cash flow results
- Analyze current workflows and develop process changes to improve client performance

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- A strategic and contextual thinker who can manage competing priorities
- Confident Communicator
- Organized, diligent and proactive team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint Visio, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to travel M-F within North America with a valid passport and eligibility for a TN Visa under USMCA
- Access to a reliable vehicle for local travel and a valid driver’s license
- Spanish or French
- Intern or co-op experience in a Consulting role

If selected to move forward, our interview process typically includes the following steps:
HR Phone Screen (15–20 minutes)
- A brief conversation with a member of our HR team to review background, experience, role alignment, and travel expectations.
In-Person or Virtual Interview + Logical Thinking Exercise (90 minutes)
- A 35-minute logical thinking exercise, followed by a 60-minute interview with a Managing Director and the HR Director.
In-Person Final Interview + Case Study Exercise (120 minutes)
- A 30-minute case study discussion, along with an interview with the President of Mensana and a senior leader (HR Director, Principal, or Managing Director).
Reference Checks (and Transcripts, where applicable)
- Final candidates will be asked to provide two professional references. Early career candidates may also be asked to provide academic transcripts.
