Part3 Technologies - 3 Jobs
Toronto, ON
Job Details:
Benefits:
Part3 is a ConstructionTech platform that gives architects and engineers the tools they need to manage construction with confidence. Our mission is simple: redefine how designers build the world around us by automating Construction Administration.
Architects and engineers design the buildings and communities we rely on every day, but the administrative side of construction has become increasingly complex and time consuming. Part3 helps design teams work smarter, collaborate better, reduce risk, and spend more time doing the work they love.
About you
Great people don't all follow the same career path.
Maybe you've spent the last few years as a Contract Administrator and know Construction Administration inside and out. You've coordinated consultants, worked with contractors, answered RFIs, reviewed submittals, and now you're excited about helping other firms work smarter.
Or maybe you're an incredible Customer Success or Onboarding professional. You love technology, you're naturally curious, and you've built a career helping customers adopt software that makes a real difference.
Either way, if you love solving problems, building relationships, and helping people succeed, you'll probably fit right in.
You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. Building trust comes naturally, and you can communicate just as comfortably with a brand new user as you can with a company executive.
You are highly organized and love bringing order to chaos. Juggling multiple customers, projects, and priorities doesn't overwhelm you. It energizes you.You care about doing great work and helping build a company you'll be proud of years from now.
You don't wait for permission to improve something. If you see an opportunity to make a customer experience better, simplify a process, or solve a problem, you jump in.
You're comfortable presenting to groups of five or fifty. Whether you're leading onboarding, delivering training, or running a customer workshop, people enjoy learning from you.
You can comfortably switch between big-picture thinking and the tiny details. One minute you're talking strategy with a customer, the next you're troubleshooting an issue or testing a new feature.
You love teaching. Watching someone have that "I get it now" moment is genuinely rewarding.
You're comfortable working remotely, collaborating across time zones, and managing your own schedule. Flexibility is important to you, but so is accountability.
You're excited about technology, curious about AI, and always looking for better ways to help customers succeed.
Most importantly, you care. You want customers to have an incredible experience every single time they interact with Part3.
Bonus points if you've used Part3 before. We'd love that.
What you’ll own
Become the person customers trust when they need guidance on Part3.
Learn our platform inside and out and stay current with every release, feature, and integration.
Become an expert in Construction Administration workflows so you can confidently advise architects and engineers on how to get the most out of Part3.
Lead onboarding from kickoff to launch, building strong relationships that continue long after implementation is complete.
Deliver engaging training sessions that leave customers excited to use the platform, not overwhelmed by it.
Coach customers through onboarding with practical next steps, homework, and guidance that keeps momentum moving forward.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while making every customer feel like they're your only customer.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to remove roadblocks before customers even notice them.
Spot patterns, identify friction, and constantly suggest ways to improve our product and onboarding experience.
Monitor customer adoption and help firms unlock everything Part3 has to offer, creating opportunities for long-term success and expansion.
Improve product quality by identifying bugs, documenting reproducible issues, testing new functionality, and providing thoughtful feedback to our Product team.
Deliver exceptional support through our ticketing system, communicating clearly, solving problems quickly, and making customers feel genuinely cared for.
Never settle for "that's how we've always done it." We're constantly improving, and we want someone who's excited to build better systems alongside us.
Roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever you're needed. That's startup life, and honestly, it's one of the best parts.
Why Part3?
This is your chance to be much more than another employee. You'll have meaningful ownership, make a real impact every day, and work directly with the founding team as we build one of North America's fastest growing ConstructionTech companies.
We're intentionally building a different kind of company. We have families, we've built Part3 while navigating a global pandemic, and we've learned that flexibility, trust, and ownership create the best teams. We believe in giving people autonomy by default and measuring success by outcomes, not hours.
Company ownership
Autonomous, meaningful, and challenging work
Flexible working hours because we trust you to manage your time
Generous vacation policy
A brand new MacBook
One more thing you should know.
We're a top 1% team. That means high autonomy, high standards, and high expectations. You'll probably work harder here than anywhere else you've worked, but you'll also learn faster, have more impact, and have a lot more fun doing it.
Important Tips from the CCO and Hiring Manager
It's a competitive market, and we're fortunate to receive a lot of great applications. The reality is we only have a few minutes to review each one, so here are a few tips that will help your application stand out here and anywhere else.
1. Use a PDF resume. PDFs display instantly. Word documents usually need to be downloaded and often don't format correctly. Don't let something simple get in the way of a great application.
2. Skip the generic LinkedIn InMail. LinkedIn's "Message the hiring manager" feature sends the same template everyone else uses. If you're going to reach out, make it personal. If not, don't worry about it.
3. Cover letters are optional. If your resume tells your story well, you don't need one. If there's important context that's missing, a short, thoughtful message is much more valuable than a generic cover letter.
4. Keep your resume simple. Don't over design it. Use clear, concise bullet points packed with accomplishments and results. Substance always beats flashy formatting. If you're using ai, make sure you still sound like a human (no em-dashes).
