- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities and duties:Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and clinic communication.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for all patients and visitors.
- Coordinate patient flow to support efficient clinic operations and positive patient experiences.
Appointment Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to incoming mail, emails, and correspondence promptly and accurately.
- Handle internal referrals and manage incoming and outgoing faxes.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Patient Records & EMR Administration
- Create and maintain accurate patient charts within the EMR system.
- Ensure patient information and documentation are entered accurately and maintained confidentially.
- Assist with maintaining organized clinic records and documentation processes.
- Support administrative workflows related to patient intake and ongoing care coordination.
Collaboration & Clinic Operations Support
- Coordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and workflow coordination.
- Support communication between patients, clinicians, and administrative teams.
- Assist with patient outreach initiatives and clinic follow-up activities.
- Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented clinic environment.
Process Improvement & Organizational Support
- Support clinic efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail.
- Assist with maintaining consistent administrative processes and workflows.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Help identify opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic operations.
- 2+ years of experience working in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
