Hopewell Development LP, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join its Calgary office. Reporting to the Marketing & Office Manager, this role supports industrial leasing and corporate marketing initiatives across Hopewell’s portfolio in Canada and the U.S.

The successful candidate will help keep property materials, listing information, campaigns, proposals, presentations, events, and communications organized, current, and moving forward.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Prepare and distribute vacancy reports, leasing updates, and property availability information.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including property updates, e-blasts, and multi-market communications.
- Maintain and update property marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital collateral.
- Ensure marketing materials reflect current leasing activity and align with brand standards.
- Maintain property listings on the company website and external marketing platforms.
- Coordinate vendors, including signage, photography, videography, drone services, and creative production
- Assist with social media content planning and asset development.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, document libraries, and property media assets.
- Support corporate marketing campaigns, presentations, proposals, communications, and special projects.
- Assist with client events, employee events, and internal initiatives.
- Support cross-department communication to ensure timely information sharing.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and other departments as required.

- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, communications, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact or similar, considered an asset.
- Familiarity with website content management systems considered an asset.
- Commercial real estate experience considered an asset but not required.
