Job Details:
- Deliver client-centred, strengths-based support using Natural Supports, Trauma-Informed, and Harm Reduction approaches.
- Build trusting relationships with individuals and their support networks to promote stability and long-term success.
- Complete strengths, needs, and cultural discovery processes to inform individualized service planning.
- Facilitate collaborative team planning, including individualized plans and crisis/safety plans.
- Contribute to program evaluation, quality assurance, and Wraparound practice standards, including certification requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree or diploma in Human Services
- Three (3) years’ experience working with vulnerable populations
- Strong writing, organizational, program planning and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skill set in working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Awareness of appropriate community resources and services
- High Fidelity Wraparound training or experience
- Current standard First Aid Certification and Suicide Intervention Training
- Valid Driver’s license and adequate insurance coverage ($2 million third-party liability).
- The successful candidate must also have a Child Welfare Intervention Check and Police Check (current within 6 months)
