What You’ll Do

• Lead and work alongside a crew on softscape and hardscape installations
• Operate tools and small equipment with confidence
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job site
• Support training, task assignments, and daily project coordination
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping or construction experience
• Ability to haul trailers and operate power tools
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership potential
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Physically capable of lifting 80 lbs and performing manual labor
