You’ll test water, recommend treatments, help track down replacement parts, and make sure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.
Your Day‑to‑Day

• Testing pool and spa water and explaining results in a friendly, easy‑to‑understand way
• Guiding customers through maintenance routines and seasonal care
• Reaching out to customers for chemical replenishment and filter reminders
• Troubleshooting cloudy water, algae, equipment issues, and more
• Helping customers identify and order the right parts—even the tricky ones
• Keeping our shelves stocked and organized
• Supporting the garden center team during busy times
• Being a positive, helpful presence for everyone who walks through the door
