Graphic Designer

We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to support Tenth’s ministries through visually compelling and cohesive design across our multisite environment. WAYS YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Church-Wide Design (40%):

• Design sermon series visuals and supporting graphics
• Develop visual systems and campaign assets for church-wide initiatives
• Adapt graphics across multiple formats including, digital, print, social, slide and web
• Collaborate with ministry leaders and Creative Team to bring ideas to life

Event & Ministry Graphics (35%):

• Design promotional and informational materials for ministries and events
• Produce presentation slides, posters, signage, print materials, and digital assets
• Clarify creative direction and project needs before beginning design work when needed
• Help create visually engaging experiences that support ministry communication and participation

Brand Stewardship (5%):

• Maintain visual consistency across all designs and ministries
• Apply Tenth’s brand standards thoughtfully and consistently
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement and organization of templates and visual systems

Print Preparation & Asset Management (10%):

• Prepare print-ready files and ensure specifications are followed accurately
• Coordinate final approved artwork for production and printing
• Maintain organized template libraries, archives and visual assets
• Support recurring design and communication needs across ministries, sites and support

Collaboration & Creative Support (10%):

• Participate in Creative Team meetings, Tenth staff meetings, trainings, and retreats as required and as part of ongoing collaboration, learning and creative alignment
• Work alongside ministry leaders, communicators, and creatives to support church initiatives
• Help contribute to a healthy, organized, and collaborative creative culture

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Post-secondary education in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Theological education, or experience working within church or faith-based environments is considered an asset
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both campaign-level and event-level design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience preparing files for print production
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative and conceptually capable, with strong visual instincts and a thoughtful theological point of view
• Ability to develop ideas that are both visually compelling and spiritually meaningful
• Detail-oriented and able to bring structure to creative environments
• Collaborative and comfortable working across diverse ministry personalities and teams
• An authentic and growing faith in Christ
• Spiritual maturity and evidence of ongoing personal spiritual formation
• A desire to grow and contribute within a faith-based organization

This is a part-time hybrid position where you will work 24 hours per week. Regular availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays is expected. Salary is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $30,000 to $35,000 per annum.
