Position SummaryThe Kitchen Team Member - Sauce, plays a key role in our production kitchen, preparing fresh menu items, assembling and packaging orders, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety, including the proper handling of meat. We are hiring for an existing vacancy.
Primary Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the production team in a fast-paced factory kitchen
• Prepare daily menu items including soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps
• Handle and prepare meat in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Make salads, dressings, and other components from scratch
• Assemble and package daily orders, ensuring accuracy using order sheets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing and equipment sanitation
• Monitor workflow and proactively address any production or team issues
• Follow all quality, health & safety, and food safety policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualification

• Preferred 1 year experience in factory or food production along with team management experience
• Able to lift 40 lbs. comfortably and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Dedicated and hardworking attitude ready to roll up your sleeves
• Detail oriented along with attention to detail will be a key asset
• Have the Ability to Multi Task
• Fluent in English and a good communicator

Pay & Schedule

• Salary: $18.00-$20.00 (including bonus & gratuities)
• Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9Am to 5PM
• Full Time Role - 5 days week
