What you’ll bring to the team
- CPA designation with 2–5 years of progressive, post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for owner-managed clients.
- Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and communication.
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in contributing beyond client files — whether that’s firm initiatives, committees, or business development.
- Manage and advise a portfolio of owner-managed business clients across a wide range of industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and key business decisions.
- Collaborate with Partners and Managers as part of a supportive leadership group.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals.
- Participate in firm led business development activities.
- Get involved in firm committees and initiatives that shape how we work, serve clients, and support our communities.
