We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join and help shape our growing Agriculture Team. This opportunity is ideal for a CPA who is passionate about agriculture, values long-term client relationships, and is excited to contribute to the continued development of a specialized and evolving practice area. While our preference is for this role to be based in Saskatoon, we are open to remote candidates who have strong ties to agriculture. What you’ll bring to the team
- CPA designation with 2 – 7 years of progressive, post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment.
- A passion for working with clients in the agriculture industry - producers, family farms, and agri-related businesses.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for agriculture clients.
- Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and communication.
- A leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for contributing to an evolving practice area.
- Manage and advise a portfolio of agriculture clients including family farms and agri-businesses.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, succession planning, tax strategy, and operational challenges unique to the agriculture industry.
- Collaborate with Partners and Managers as part of a supportive leadership group.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals.
- Participate in firm led business development activities.
