What You’ll Do As a Small Engine Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers on the road (and water) safely and efficiently.
- Perform high-quality service and repairs on new and used powersports units, watercraft, and marine products
- Diagnose mechanical issues and identify potential warranty concerns
- Accurately document repairs and findings for warranty and service records
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Install accessories and complete work orders as required
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets our standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive shop environment
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers for documentation and work orders
- Valid driver’s license (driver’s abstract required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
