What You’ll Do As a Small Engine Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers on the road (and water) safely and efficiently.

• Perform high-quality service and repairs on new and used powersports units, watercraft, and marine products
• Diagnose mechanical issues and identify potential warranty concerns
• Accurately document repairs and findings for warranty and service records
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Install accessories and complete work orders as required
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets our standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive shop environment

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers for documentation and work orders
• Valid driver’s license (driver’s abstract required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
