Key Responsibilities:
Cultivation & Crop Maintenance: Assist with planting, transplanting, watering, and general crop maintenance activities in accordance with cultivation schedules and standard operating procedures.
Plant Care Support: Support plant care tasks such as pruning, defoliation, trellising, and general handling of plants under supervision.
Irrigation & Watering Support: Support irrigation setup and perform manual watering tasks as directed by supervisors or cultivation leads.
Pest & Disease Monitoring Support: Assist with pest and disease monitoring activities under supervision and report any concerns related to plant health, pests, disease, or crop quality to supervisors.
Material & Plant Movement: Move plants, trays, harvested material, cultivation supplies, and other materials within and between designated work areas.
Harvest Support: Support harvest operations, including plant handling, preparation, movement of harvested material, and organization of work areas.
Post-Harvest & Trimming Support: Perform trimming activities as part of post-harvest processing, ensuring adherence to company quality standards, procedures, and product handling requirements.
Drying & Processing Area Preparation: Assist with the preparation, cleaning, and organization of drying areas, processing spaces, and related workstations.
Sanitation & Biosecurity: Clean, sanitize, and maintain grow rooms, processing areas, equipment, tools, and workstations to ensure compliance with sanitation and biosecurity standards.
Inventory & Material Support: Support basic inventory-related tasks, including organizing, counting, moving, and recording cultivation materials, supplies, or product as directed.
Documentation Support: Assist with tracking crop progress and updating basic logs, records, sanitation forms, inventory records, or other documentation as directed by supervisors.
Health, Safety, Quality & Security Compliance: Follow all company policies related to health and safety, sanitation, quality assurance, biosecurity, and security at all times.
Team Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members regarding task progress, daily priorities, and any operational issues.
General Farm Duties: Perform other general farm duties as required, provided they remain within the scope of the role and applicable regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in agricultural work, greenhouse operations, crop production, cultivation, or plant care.
- Experience with planting, transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, harvesting, trimming, or post-harvest handling is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills to support cultivation, sanitation, harvest, and post-harvest activities.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to support simple data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends, based on operational needs.
- The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check as part of the employment process.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is considered an asset.
