Job Details:
The Client Account Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships by helping coordinate work across departments including ERP implementations, custom development, web services, and digital marketing. This role ensures client needs are clearly communicated internally while helping maintain a high level of service and responsiveness.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, keeping multiple initiatives organized, and acting as a bridge between business needs and technical teams. What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely responses
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure client projects, updates, and support requests are tracked and completed
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Maintain organized records of client communications, project updates, and deliverables
- Work with technical teams to ensure client expectations, timelines, and scope are clearly communicated
- Monitor ongoing client work and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks or requests
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, or updates for clients regarding project progress and service performance
- Support the identification of opportunities for additional services or improvements within client accounts
- Contribute to improving internal client management processes and communication workflows
- 3+ years of experience in a client services, account coordination, or project coordination role
- Experience working in a digital agency, technology consulting firm, or service-based organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using project management, CRM, or task management tools
- Must be currently located in Calgary and able to work in-office
- Experience supporting clients in technology, software, web development, or digital marketing environments
- Experience coordinating work between clients and technical teams
- Understanding of digital services such as ERP implementations, software development, web development, or marketing campaigns
