Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the Retail Associate position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a tidy and organized store, and ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented. We value initiative, allowing you to take ownership of your tasks and work independently. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering advice on product needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide support in daily operations.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging product displays, and ensuring the store is visually appealing
- Participate in promotional events assisting to set up, engage customers, and ensure smooth operations during in-house and community events.
- Operate POS system, process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly.
- Open and close the store as required, ensuring all procedures are followed for security, cash handling, and store readiness.
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Basic knowledge of current product lines is an asset, but not required—willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent computer and phone skills (POS Systems, etc.)
