Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a strategic planner with a passion for product performance and customer insights to join our team as a Merchandiser. In this role you will drive our assortment strategy to ensure collections are balanced, profitable, and aligned with brand and customer goals.
What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage seasonal line plans, assortment architecture, and pricing strategy.
• Establish revenue, margin, and inventory targets.
• Define product lifecycles and recommend buy depth and allocation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative intent and commercial goals.
• Track and analyze sell-through, markdowns, and inventory productivity.
• Deliver actionable reporting and lead post-season recaps.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or buying within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle categories.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math and margin management.
• Experience managing assortments and product performance across multiple channels.
• Excellent collaboration skills and customer-obsessed mindset.
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range Starting At: $70,000 In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.
