This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, expanding property management team.
Key Responsibilities:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned properties, including:
- Attracting, screening, and securing qualified tenants
- Preparing and executing lease agreements for new and existing tenants
- Conducting regular inspections of units and buildings; ensuring timely resolution of any deficiencies
- Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
- Responding promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
- Ensuring rent is collected on time and enforcing late payment policies as needed
- Coordinating property repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
- Maintaining up-to-date records of property activity, leases, and tenant communications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management (residential and/or commercial preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations (New Brunswick)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — professional, respectful, and tenant-focused
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
