- Conduct weekly shift meetings & training moments
- Responsible to identify hiring opportunities and execute timely recruitment, and training
- Identify and develop future team leaders (shift leads, supervisors, etc.)
- Leadership will be evaluated through periodic staff feedback reviews
- Always ensure exceptional hospitality
- Uphold the Soi Thaifoon brand values & culture
- Handle guest feedback and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain atmosphere — music, lighting, cleanliness, flow, vibe
- Uphold grooming, etiquette, service flow, timing and cleanliness standards
- Strive for consistent Mystery Shopper & Audit scores that exceed the company minimum
- Follow and enforce all Soi Thaifoon/Thaifoon group SOPs and systems
- Maintain food quality, presentation, consistency, and portioning
- Ensure all cleaning procedures are executed according to SOP and reviewed for quality
- Responsible for all operational expenses such as labour, inventory and waste controls etc.
- Complete weekly business reporting to ownership
- Requires flexible hour availability including night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure the restaurant and company’s success
- Maintain compliance with food safety laws
- Remain compliant with health inspections, and maintain sanitation standards
- Follow all food safety SOP’s and communicate any opportunities
- Maintain all logs such as temperature, cleaning, and food safety
- Communicate any guest and staff incidents to ownership immediately
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Minimum 2 years in customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while exercising problem-solving skills and handle multiple tasks.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Deep understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
