Senior Designer - Web & DigitalVancouver BC We need an experienced Senior Designer - Web & Digital, who is obsessed with producing amazing websites and incredible digital campaigns, a hands on creative with the ability to think about the big ideas.

Blink is looking to grow our creative team for current and new clients who has both digital UX and Campaign experience to work in our Vancouver office Hybrid model with some days in office and some days out.

- Are you in Vancouver or BC?
- Incredibly fluent in Figma, Web Design and UI/UX?
- Components & Variations
- Prototyping
- Animations
- Auto layout
- Building out UI kits
- Do you speak Digital, Design and Big Campaign Ideas fluently?
- Are you excited to create beautiful advertising campaigns whether they end up on social or paid media or in a brand-new virtual landscape?
- Can you partner with copy writers, designers and creative directors while working with Project Managers and Client Service to get the work done with excellence?
- Are you confident to present your ideas and justify your creative decisions internally to the team and externally to clients?

- Digital Ads and media design
- Experience working alongside developer to
- Experience preparing files for web development
- Strong UI/UX experience
- Wire-framing through to responsive design
- Intermediate Figma skills
- Campaign design experience
- Animation experience
- Experience with Design Systems and Asset Management
- Experience presenting work to clients and internally to staff
- Experience launching real brand projects into the world
- A positive and collaborative attitude
