Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who has a well-rounded background in design. Someone who has a passion for crafting engaging digital experiences and who works well with a remote team. Additionally, you will have access to our talented team for support and guidance.
Experience

• 3+ years experience in various design roles
• Proficient with design software including Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio with a focus on e-commerce, web, and digital projects
• Proficient in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ability to work in a variety of mediums and design streams, from web to brand
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions and artifacts to clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and within a remote team environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations
• Understanding of web accessibility standards
• Curiosity, desire to learn, and an open-minded attitude
• Up to date and in the know with design trends, techniques, and technology
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent certification
• Animation, illustration, and visual coding skills are a bonus
