Our extra-small batch brewing facility includes a full kitchen with a seated capacity of 100+ customers. The Role:

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine in accordance health and safety requirements
• Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
• Clean food prep stations and equipment

Your Assets:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen (would be nice, but not a deal breaker for us!)
• Attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and speed
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures (or a willingness to learn!)
• Respectful, professional with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated with a “can do” attitude!

Working Conditions:

• Standing, bending, stretching, and lifting and carrying are all part of the gig
• Weekday, evenings, holiday and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs
