Job Requirements:
***Availability and Reliability are most important for this role. We require 100% attendance as the season is short!***
All referees will undergo an orientation and training sessions on Zoom and in person before the season starts.Referees are responsible for studying the rules and being prepared for game days. We will have a Convenor on field at every game.This is a part-time paid position starting with a salary range from $16-$25. Starting rate may vary based on experience.

Our strict non-contact policy enables people of all sizes and levels of ability to compete in exciting football action in a safe and fun manner.
Our goal is to make the football experience for our players as safe, fun, and captivating as possible. We strive to make each player feel like they are getting a professional league type of experience in a recreational league setting. To this end, we provide honed game management techniques, as well as flexible scheduling, up-to-date comprehensive statistics, team accessories, and player/team awards.
Our mission is to make sure each player gets the utmost value out of his/her membership in the league.
Additional opportunities and hours are available for those interested to work in camps, clinics, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Must be available on Saturdays from 10am-2pm.
- Must be available on Sundays from 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm.
- Must have general football/sports knowledge.
- Must arrive to shifts on time and ready to work.
- Must be comfortable taking ownership of field and interacting with both players, parents and other staff.
- Must be enthusiastic, professional, and able to maintain positive body language throughout the games.
- Must be able to keep up with the speed of the game.
- Experience is a plus, but is not necessary.
