About the Role:As a Female Staff Worker, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with youth, fostering a supportive atmosphere, and contributing to the success of our programs. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of volunteers, working together to create memorable experiences and meaningful connections with the youth we serve.
Requirements:

• Genuine passion for working with youth and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with young individuals.
• Dedication to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all youth participants.
• Previous experience in youth development or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
