Lead Hand

Position Overview We are currently looking for experienced Lead Hands to assist our landscape foremen on our ever-expanding portfolio of commercial landscape projects. These projects may include such jobs as community and city parks, housing developments, car dealerships, condominium projects, and commercial retail centers.Job Type: Full-time or seasonalResponsibilities:- Assist Foreman in installation of interlock, retaining walls, sod, soil, trees, shrubs, plants, etc.- Operate equipment including tampers, diesel plates, quick cuts, skid steer, mini-ex etc.- Read plans and set grades.- Assist Foreman in completing and submitting paperwork related to any jobs, maintain written time records and work orders.- Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication. Requirements:- At least 3 years of industry experience preferred.- A comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations for our profession.- A valid G driver’s license to operate company vehicles.- Strong leadership and communication skills.
