Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:- Maneuver heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.- Load and offload various materials from heavy equipment.- Perform fine grading, and stripping tasks.- Work with site foreman to complete tasks- Conduct duties in a safe, diligent manner at all times.- Report injuries and other accidents to supervisor.- Provide suggestions to refine workflow and boost efficiency.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience operating equipment.- Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.- A sound understanding of safety guidelines.- Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
