• Create a welcome environment by greeting all customers
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answer all questions
• Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets
• Keep up to date with knowledge on current stock and incoming stock
• Keep up to date with knowledge which includes new products, promotions, and rewards program
• Complete all opening and closing procedures
• Offloading and restocking of product in the outdoor nursery
• Maintain plant displays by cleaning and organizing
• Deadhead and clean up plants
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• In-depth perennial, shrub and tree knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Ability to problem-solve
• Exceptional customer service
• Works well in a team environment
• Basic merchandising knowledge
