Senior Medical Office Assistant

The power duo of both Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre and R-MEDY Aesthetics are looking for a Senior MOA - Medical Office Assistant to join our team.
Qualifications:

• MOA certificate
• Accuro knowledge
• Bilingual in Mandarin in preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist various physicians with client care
• Understand MSP billing and codes
• Experience with scheduling systems
• Experience with referral process
• Experience with Accuro an asset but not requirement
• Accurate data entry of lab results and presentation of said results in a power point format
• Assist with sterilization
• Client education
• Some scheduling and email skill required
• Be able to work independently and as a team
