As we continue to grow, we are looking for a STRAAD Space Events & Sales Lead to join our growing team. The Opportunity This role will drive the activation and growth for STRAAD Space – a new business line that STRAAD is launching in the Calgary market. Key to this role is the ability to see the opportunity in creating a ‘hub’ for connection, innovative experiences, collaborations, and community in the heart of downtown Calgary. Reporting to the VP Finance, this role will lead driving both the sales and the event management of opening the possibilities of STRAAD Space to the Calgary community. Key Accountabilities:· Sales & Marketing for STRAAD Spaceo Steward the STRAAD Space rental business line by driving sales, marketing, and advertising to unlock revenue as well as contribute to the growth of the consulting business line.o Define and lead the sales strategy and plan – stewarding annual revenue targets and client referral outcomes.o Work in partnership with the Marketing Team to define the advertising and marketing efforts required to support brand awareness and sales.o Support the Marketing Team to deliver on Consulting events as part of the STRAAD’s growth plans.· Event Management & Experience Supporto Bring an event management skill set to helping clients design their unique experiences using the STRAAD Space and ensure that a network of vendors can be deployed to help bring the events to life. o Manage STRAAD Space experiences for all guests, clients, bookings, and team. Ensure STRAAD Space is ready, space booking is seamless, and all protocols are followed.
