About Us:
Catalyst Financial Solutions is a dynamic financial services company seeking an exceptional CPA with 3-5 years of experience at a Big 4 or VC-backed company. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented individual to lead and build our FP&A services function.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and build the FP&A services function, providing strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for clients.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.

Qualifications:
  • CPA certification with 3-5 years of experience at a Big 4 or VC-backed company.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
