- Create relationships with educational partners (high schools, universities, colleges, Student Associations, bookstores) to ensure they are actively involved in working with the SPC program.
- Customer success manage current high schools, universities, colleges, campus bookstores, and Student Associations that continuously sell SPC.
- Serve as an advisor and liaison to schools/educators and provide them with resources and support to implement the SPC program and drive awareness in their schools.
- Assist in delivering a robust communication plan that connects with schools regularly, including school and on-campus visits, when required.
- Participate in school grassroots events throughout the year to help promote SPC to students.
- Deliver workshops that provide educators with the skills, knowledge, and inspiration they need to positively engage their students to become members and ambassadors of the SPC program.
- Provide feedback to the Partnerships Manager on educational trends within the high school and post-secondary environment, recommending opportunities to align with those trends where possible.
- Organize and analyze sales and educational partner data with data management tools.
- Support the Partnerships Manager on incentive programs for schools and retail.
- Manage inventory and ordering for channel distribution.
- Lead generation in high school, bookstore, university, and college.
- Support with retail distribution efforts, such as but not limited to, store calls, inventory checks, warehouse support, etc.
- Support in research and analysis for distribution channels.
- Visit retail locations when required to conduct audits of marketing materials and feedback from sales associates.
- Work alongside the grassroots team to plan and execute events for retail, high school, and campus locations.
- Attention to Detail: handles details meticulously. Has a keen eye for the small stuff!

- Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively develop best in class solutions to drive engagement with educational partners leading to program growth. Provides support to the Partnerships Manager to deliver higher revenue and engagement results.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales, partnership, fundraising or fund development focused role including internships.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or similar program.
- Recent Graduate with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with making cold calls
- Exceptional written and verbal business communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken at intermediate level is required
