The opportunity to work with one of the leading private sector developers in KSA, along with the ability to lead the company through growth and transformation.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and execute strategic acquisitions and dispositions
- Oversee the real estate investment strategy, including asset acquisition, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and diversification strategies within the real estate investment and development sectors.
- Oversee the real estate development division, including project planning, design, construction, and marketing.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Promote innovative approaches to real estate development and investment.
- Champion sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Investment or Business Administration. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, with at least 6 years in a CEO role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects and driving company growth.
