Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Product Coordinator who will play a key role in managing product development and ensuring efficient execution of Scrum processes. This individual will work closely with product teams to define and prioritize tasks, manage sprints, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both product management and agile methodologies, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Coordination:
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
  • Assist in managing the product roadmap, ensuring that priorities align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Track product progress and help ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  1. Scrum Master Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings (stand-ups), sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Coach teams on agile best practices and help remove blockers or impediments to progress.
  • Ensure that Scrum processes are being followed, adapting as necessary based on team feedback.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog and ensure the team is working on the highest priority items.
  • Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key performance metrics to ensure efficient delivery.
  1. Sprint & Planning Management:
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, helping teams break down tasks into manageable work units and align on deliverables.
  • Assist teams in estimating work and defining sprint goals.
  • Monitor sprint progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders on sprint progress, including key challenges and successes.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as a key liaison between the development team and other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Ensure that all teams involved are aligned and that feedback is gathered and acted upon quickly.
  • Advocate for the team's needs and concerns, helping to maintain an open and transparent communication channel.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, gathering feedback, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and quality across teams.
