Experienced Laser Technician

True Balance is looking for a full or part time energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Experienced Laser Technician to join our team! Our goal is to help our clients achieve their aesthetic goals and provide them options with the latest skin products and laser technology through three of our locations: Spruce Grove, St. Albert and Sherwood Park.
About the role:

• Making an impact by achieving sales and customer service targets
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal, IPL, resurfacing lasers, skin tightening, body contouring
• Knowledge with medical grade skin care including: Vivier, Image, Comfort Zone, Alumier, ZO Skin Health and more!
• Informing clients about upcoming promotions, product launches and new treatments in person and by phone/text/email
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Confident with consultations and the ability to sell packages, services and skincare
• Charting information about clients after every visit
• Following up with clients after treatments
• Help maintain the clinic's high standard of cleanliness
• Maintain quality of service by following organization standards
• Maintain patient confidence and patient privacy

Requirements and experience:

• Dermatology experience is an asset
• 3-5 years of recent laser technician_ experience is mandatory _
