Job Details:
- Operate basic computer programs and systems
- Print, sort, and organize documentation
- Go on production floors to collect information and take meeting minutes
- Support general office tasks as needed
- Provide admin support for incident management systems
- Assist in preparing EHS reports and workplace inspection summaries
- Maintain accurate records of daily equipment checks, First-Aid inspections, and follow up on corrective actions
- Help coordinate and track health & safety training and programs
- Manage SQDCI boards, Safety Alerts, Safety Talks, and related documentation
- Basic computer proficiency is a must
- Previous experience in this or similar role
- First Aid knowledge is required
- Comfortable with a mix of office and floor work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
