Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Provide top-notch service, making every guest feel welcome, valued, and appreciated with a heart to serve.
• Guest Experience: Engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are promptly addressed.
• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during high-traffic periods.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Support Service Excellence: Execute Chick-fil-A service models, including Winning Hearts Every Day and First & Second Mile Service.
• Training & Development: Be open to learning new skills and take initiative in improving both personal performance and the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Saturday Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays and evening closing shifts (ending at 10-11 PM).
• Hospitality Focus: Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive, memorable guest experiences with a heart to serve.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities effectively under pressure.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
