The suitable candidate should have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in applied linguistics, education, or other appropriate discipline
• Certification from a recognized TESOL training program
• Proficiency in English, excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience in teaching online
• Minimum two years of experience teaching ESL/EAP
• Specialized training or experience in teaching English for Specific Purposes highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Passion for teaching
