- Assist with framing, formwork, and general carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Support senior carpenters and tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints or drawings.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

- Enrollment in or completion of a pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
