Summary:

Clio is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing Team in Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary.

Who you are:

The Campaign Manager plans, executes, and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. This role takes an Enterprise marketing objective and turns it into a coordinated, multi-channel campaign that actually lands, owning the brief, the timeline, the cross-functional dependencies and the post-campaign readout. The Campaign Manager owns whether the campaign holds together as a single, coherent story across every channel it touches.

You are both a disciplined project manager and a sharp editorial thinker. You truly influence the day-to-day campaign operations, including the sequencing, the trade-off calls, and the quality bar that determine whether a campaign actually lands as planned. You can hold a timeline across teams that do not report to you, tell whether a message is working, and draw an honest conclusion from mixed results. You think in terms of pipeline contribution and revenue impact, not just activity completed. You use AI to do the work, not just to think about it. You'd rather build a reusable workflow than repeat a manual process.

What you'll work on:

Campaign Planning

  • Write the campaign brief: audience, insight, objective, message, channel mix, success measures (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated/influenced, conversion rate by stage) and timeline for strategic marketing campaigns designed to drive pipeline
  • Gain alignment from demand generation, product marketing, content and sales before work starts
  • Define what success looks like up front, so performance can be measured against a real standard rather than a retrofitted one

Orchestration & Delivery

  • Run Demand Generation campaigns end to end in partnership with channel owners across paid media, email, web, content, events, webinars, partner channels and sales outreach
  • Manage the campaign calendar, review for consistency, chase dependencies, and flag trade-offs for leadership review when something slips
  • Ensure campaigns launch as a coherent whole, on time, with every channel carrying the same message
  • Manage campaign execution and orchestration in Asana including intake, briefs, ticket creation, dependency tracking and status reporting across the portfolio

AI & Automation

  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows (Claude, etc.) that automate repeatable parts of campaign execution including brief drafting, copy variants, ticket generation, QA checks, retrospective synthesis; share what works and iterate to consistently meet the needs of the business

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Brief and coordinate Content, Design, Product Marketing, PR, Sales and Marketing Operations
  • Translate the campaign objective into a brief each function can actually act on
  • Keep the message consistent across everything that ships, and push back on creative or copy that isn't working
  • Run the recurring campaign meeting cadence including weekly stand-ups with channel owners, campaign kickoffs, pre-launch readiness checks and post-campaign retros

Sales Alignment

  • Make sure sales knows what is running, why, and what to do with the response
  • Deliver the talk track, follow-up guidance and target list alongside the campaign, not after it
  • Ensure sales can describe what is in market this quarter and what to do about it

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Report on campaign performance against the measures set in the brief
  • Partner closely with Demand Gen and Sales to close the loop between launch and results
  • Track campaigns from launch through to closed revenue where attribution allows, and surface which channels and messages are actually driving qualified pipeline — not just engagement
  • Run an honest retrospective on every major campaign and carry the lessons into the next one
  • Ensure every major campaign has a written retrospective, and that the next campaign visibly reflects it

Budget & Vendors

  • Track campaign budget across the portfolio
  • Work with the Marketing Specialist on purchase orders, vendor agreements and invoice reconciliation

What you may have:
  • 3-5 years in integrated or campaign marketing in B2B, ideally with enterprise or considered-purchase audiences
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns from brief through to post-campaign analysis
  • Strong project management discipline and the ability to hold a timeline across teams that don't report to you
  • Sharp editorial judgment — able to tell whether a message is working and review for consistency across creative and copy
  • Comfort with campaign analytics, funnel reporting and drawing an honest conclusion from mixed results
  • Calm, clear communication skills and the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without escalating
  • Experience managing campaigns across both ABM and broad-reach demand generation — 1:1 and 1:few account programs as well as one-to-many campaigns aimed at a whole segment
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing work

Serious bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
  • Experience running campaigns for enterprise or long-sales-cycle audiences
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and campaign reporting tools
  • Experience building campaign planning infrastructure (briefing templates, calendars, retrospective processes) from the ground up

This is a new role.
