Job Details:
As a capital markets corporate banking analyst, you help carry out financing for large public and private companies, primarily based in Quebec, whose complex credit needs are met through syndicated loans. - Participate in the due diligence process and risk assessment for new and existing transactions, particularly by reviewing industry analyses, financial statements, financial models, credit agreements and transaction documentation.
- Contribute to preparing transaction memos, client presentations, letters of intent and profitability analyses supporting origination, structuring and business development.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including the operations, risk management, structuring and syndication, corporate financing, derivatives, banking and capital markets teams, as well as with external partners such as legal and financial advisors.
