Project Coordinator - Industrial West

Project Coordinator - Industrial WestBFL Fabricators is seeking an organized and driven Project Coordinator - Industrial West to support structural steel and modular fabrication projects from award through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, procurement, fabrication teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.What You Will Be Working On

• Coordinate structural steel and modular fabrication projects.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Utilize Tekla PowerFab to track materials, fabrication progress, and project status.
• Coordinate procurement activities, purchase orders, and vendor deliveries.
• Manage subcontractor communication, scheduling, and performance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
• Support project reporting, meetings, and client communications.
• Assist with material planning, fabrication sequencing, and module assembly activities.

• 3+ years of experience in structural steel, modular fabrication, or industrial construction.
• Proficiency with Tekla PowerFab is required.
• Experience with procurement and vendor management.
• Knowledge of RFI, submittal, and change order processes.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience

• Structural steel fabrication.
• Modular construction or module assembly.
• Industrial, oil & gas, mining, energy, or data center projects.
• Tekla Structures experience is considered an asset.
