The Business Intelligence and Security Department helps the business sectors leverage and valorize information to support their decision-making, improve processes and improve the organization’s analytical capabilities. As a Group Retirement Savings Business Intelligence advisor, you will act as a subject matter expert for complex files that require a deep understanding of business processes, management rules and group retirement savings data. You will lead and influence business partners, business intelligence teams and technology teams to ensure information used for management purposes is used in a consistent, reliable and effective way. The nature of the files you will be working on require the ability to understand complex business environments, analyze the impacts of changes and support teams as they seek to identify which approaches to be taken. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Act as a subject matter expert to help our business partners, business intelligence teams and technology teams understand our needs, plan work tasks and support decisions related to complex files
- Ensure consistency between business processes, business rules, data, data transformation and management indicators used by the various business segments
- Define the directions and approaches to be prioritized to meet the needs of multiple systems, teams and business areas, and evaluate their impacts on data, processes and management information
- Provide expert leadership in collaboration with the practice leader to oversee quality, governance and data utilization in order to strengthen and improve our practices
- Work on or govern complex analyses and help teams interpret results, validate solutions and develop business intelligence capabilities

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience analyzing data from complex transactional systems
- Experience interpreting complex business rules and assessing their impact on data, indicators and processes
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Mastery of SQL and/or SAS languages
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of data warehouse principles, dimensional modelling and data integration
- Knowledge of data quality, governance and traceability concepts
- Familiarity with the group savings sector
