Senior Advisor, Artificial Intelligence Solutions Integration

As a Senior AI Solutions Integration Advisor, you’ll help the Operations Executive Division reach our AI goals by transforming business opportunities into concrete, operational, and measurable AI solutions. You’ll be responsible for implementing AI use cases, streamlining practices and supporting teams in the transformation of their work methods. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Identify, qualify and recommend high-potential AI use cases with the Operations sectors by assessing business value, feasibility and success factors.
• Coordinate the implementation of AI solutions, such as chatbots, the activation of AI capabilities in business systems, agentic AI-based automation capabilities, as well as other solutions aimed at improving productivity.
• Ensure alignment and coordination with key players, including teams in business, technology, AI governance, data, processes, risk, compliance, and end-user experience, to improve the design, validation, and deployment of solutions.
• Follow up on solutions after rollout to adjust, improve and document insights.
• Help develop roles, processes and work practices by supporting teams in integrating AI solutions into their ways of working.
• Contribute to operationalization of AI practices by defining execution standards, monitoring mechanisms, success criteria, reusable models, and practices that promote robust, maintainable, and scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor AI solutions, capabilities and trends to identify new application opportunities in operations and recommend the solutions best suited to business needs.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field: data science, engineering or business administration with a specialization in AI
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience in IT project management, AI or advanced analytics
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience rolling out or operationalizing AI solutions in an organizational context
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities
• Knowledge of French is required
• Expertise in understanding business needs and recommending the best AI solutions for operational challenges
• Knowledge of operational processes and business systems as well as experience in the back-office operations of a financial institution
• Knowledge of leading AI solutions and platforms, including generative approaches, low-code/no-code tools, chatbots and intelligent automation solutions
