Join BMO’s EPRE NACB DB Deployment & Support team and help power critical banking platforms across Payments, Settlements, Reporting, and Business Banking. This is your opportunity to work at enterprise scale while driving modernization through cloud, automation, and SRE practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize enterprise Oracle databases (performance, availability, security)
  • Lead backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause resolution
  • Partner with SRE, cloud, and application teams to deliver resilient solutions
  • Enable transformation from on-prem to cloud-native data services

What You Bring

  • Strong Oracle DBA expertise (performance tuning, HA, incident response)
  • Automation mindset (Python, Bash, Ansible, CI/CD, Git)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (OEM, CloudWatch, Dynatrace)
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business partners

$75,900.00 - $141,900.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
