Within the Personal Services Business Intelligence Team, you play a key role in data valorization, analytics environment development for the caisse network, as well as for our banking products and services for our members. As Business Intelligence and Data Valorization Practice Leader, you actively contribute to identifying technological trends, indicators and high value-added opportunities. You’re also responsible for defining and leading the Business Intelligence Department’s data valorization roadmap, driving sustainable change in BI practices and in the advisory role towards greater modernity and impact. You’re keenly focused on the quality of the Department’s service offer, keeping it simple and effective. You rally teams to get the most out of data in support of business goals, while acting as a resource person and coach to help move practices forward across the Department. More specifically, you will be required to: More specifically, you will be required to:
- Develop and keep the Department’s roadmap up to date, in line with the sector’s business priorities
- Help reach business targets by identifying data valorization opportunities
- Set up and promote best practices, standards and methods in analytics, while boosting team buy-in and helping them develop their skills
- Help improve analytical solutions on an ongoing basis (optimization, modernization, automation) and support major initiatives (for example, self-service and BI tool upgrades)
- Update practices toward a recommendations- and storytelling-driven approach to maximize the impact of analytics deliverables
- Lead and engage the community of practice to boost knowledge sharing and standardize our processes
- Help speed up the rollout and adoption of AI (advanced analytics, generative AI, agentic solutions) within the Department’s practices to create measurable business value, support decision-making and improve operational efficiency
- Keep up with market and technology trends in business intelligence and data valorization
- Act as a subject-matter expert and practice ambassador with internal partners, strengthening the Department’s influence and impact

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience implementing and coordinating automation plans
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in understanding challenges and translating business needs into high-value analytics solutions, acting as a partner with parties involved
- Proficiency in analytical environments and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau and SAS)
- Knowledge of the components of data valorization
- Knowledge of cloud analytics solutions (like Azure)
