What you’ll be doing

Authentication is the start of every client interaction at CIBC, whether that is self-service in digital or with a CIBC representative in the contact centres or banking centres. As a Sr. Consultant within CIBC’s Client Authentication Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, transformational projects that shape how clients interact with CIBC across all channels. You will work closely with business and technology partners to lead, oversee, and execute all activities required to launch new client authentication solutions to market. These initiatives will enhance our client authentication capabilities and strengthen the security of our digital banking experience. Your project delivery expertise will directly influence the security and satisfaction of millions of clients, helping CIBC remain a leader in digital banking. You’ll thrive in an environment that empowers you to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential as you manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth. You will deepen your expertise in project delivery and program management, while gaining exposure to client authentication and fraud. By working across business and technology teams, you will build a strong network and develop skills that will support your ongoing career development at CIBC. If you are passionate about leading impactful projects, collaborating with talented teams, and shaping the future of digital banking, we encourage you to apply.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you’ll succeed
