We're looking for talented colleagues who are passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers and delighting them every step of the way! The Department Supervisor works in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability and in assist with all functional areas of the store. This includes store operations, execution of company directed promotions/programs, visual merchandising, upholding visual brand standards, backroom management, as well as coaching/developing new and existing colleagues.

What you'll do:

• Provide a great customer service experience through leading by example, compelling merchandising standards and a well-trained team.
• Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth.
• Adhere to brand standards, company policy and procedures, ensure operational efficiencies/excellence.
• Work in collaboration with the Leadership team to execute directives and maintain brand standards
  

What you’ll need:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop colleagues
• Experience working within a large format retail environment
• Ability to manage complex and competing priorities
• Visual Merchandising skills is an asset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
