Senior Manager, FP&A - Enterprise Store Support Costs

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager of FP&A will lead the strategic oversight of Enterprise Store Support costs' financial performance. Managing nearly $1 billion in store support expenses requires you to deliver expert analysis and strategic insights to guide Senior Management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus extensively on Financial Planning & Analysis to support enterprise back-office functions such as HR, IT, Legal, and Corporate Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR leaders to align financial planning with headcount strategies, compensation modeling, and workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership by delivering insightful reporting and analysis to executive teams.
  • Lead Corporate and Retail administrative cost functions with a focus on strategic impact.
  • Spearhead integration efforts for new Corporate Financial Planning tools across teams.
  • Oversee comprehensive period-end consolidation processes ensuring high accuracy and completeness of results.
  • Strategically manage planning cycles, including preparation of detailed annual budgets while driving innovative process improvements.
  • Lead consolidation efforts for periodic forecasts; develop comprehensive business review packages complete with detailed commentary on variances against forecasts/budgets.
  • Champion process enhancements within the finance team to implement best practices leveraging automation solutions where possible.
  • Ensure stringent compliance with all internal/external audit standards.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance or related field preferred; extensive experience in fast-paced corporate/retail settings highly valued.
  • 7+ years of senior-level finance experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with significant experience managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives successfully within large organizations.
  • Superior communication skills capable of influencing at senior executive levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel; knowledge of SAP systems highly advantageous.
