Location: Cochrane, AB
Duration: May 4, 2026, until May 23, 2026 (potential for extension)
NOW HIRING: Foreperson, Pipefitters, Rig Welders, Field Technicians
Details:
- Turnaround Maintenance: Pipe Blinding, Misc. Piping work, Installation of piping, cutting, welding, fitting of piping, valve replacements, piping replacement, exchanger swap.
- 6 Days in / 1 day out Schedule
- 8 - hour regular time and 2 - hour overtime workdays
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
- Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- WHMIS
- CSTS 2020
- No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.
- Fall Protection
- H2S Alive
- First Aid
- Confined Space Entry (nice to have)
- Aerial Work Platform (nice to have)
- Welders are to provide the following tickets:
- CWB
- B-Pressure
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
- Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
