Benefits:
- Provide ocupational therapy services virtually
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
- Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including:
- Assessment findings
- Care plans
- Progress and discharge sumcmaries
- Reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards
Qualifications
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- 1 - 2 years experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
- Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software

Company Description
Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), a Spectrum Health Care Company is seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to provide virtual services to adult clients in the community.
This independent contractor role offers a highly flexible work schedule, with part-time or full-time opportunities available. Compensation is based on volume (Estimated annual earning potential is between $82,000 - $102,000, however actual earnings may vary based on service volumes).
